AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and should be independently verified.
Konversation Limited may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
4. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Where customers process personal data through Konversation.io, customers act as Data Controllers and Konversation Limited acts as a Data Processor.
We process data only according to customer instructions and implement appropriate security measures.
International transfers are protected through lawful safeguards where required.
5. Subprocessors List

- Stripe — Payments

Konversation.io uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and automate workflows.
AI outputs:

- Are not professional advice
- Should be reviewed before critical use
Users remain responsible for their use of AI-generated content.
